December 2005 |
![]() Curt and I at the Dope/COC show at Avalon. We didn't stick around for Disturbed because, well, they suck 12/02/05 |
![]() Val and her perfect parking job at Legal's 12/10/05 |
![]() And a photo of the first sip of alcohol for me in an entire month!!! The sobriety is OVER! Let the drunken shenanigans begin!!! 12/10/05 |
![]() And here's Val enjoying a white sangria with me at Legal Seafood in Framingham. Her sobriety has also come to a screeching halt 12/10/05 |
![]() Val multi-tasking her Legal Sangria, cell phone and Sidekick all at once 12/10/05 |
![]() Missa enjoying a delicious sangria. This is about the 3rd or so sangria so far. But not to worry, the flow of beverage wasn't even close to running dry anytime soon 12/10/05 |
![]() Missa pointing and laughing at a certain "giraffe's" photo on Val's cell phone. This "giraffe" will remain nameless 12/10/05 |
![]() Val with a look of dismay as she views another photo of this said "giraffe" 12/10/05 |
![]() Here I am with the photo and look of disapproval. My girl will NOT date a guy with chicken wings for arms, and that's final! And if he's gonna be tall, that's fine, just have a little meat on the ol' body. And I'm not talking meat in terms of fat heft (H.S. aka Chris Farley), I'm talking good solid meat, dammit |
![]() After Legal's we popped some good old dirty south crunk (David Banner, Paul Wall, Lil' Jon, etc) in the cd player and drove back to Worcester, where if you can believe it or not, Val and I actually marched into the Numbers. Yeah, that's right. Unfortunately, it was Latin night, so we didn't stay long. Only long enough to take this photo and for Val to ask a cop if there are any hiphop clubs around where there may have been a shooting lately. lol Always in search of a good thug or two to liven up the evening. |
![]() So we ended up at Octane on Main Street. Here's Val pointing to a sign that says they have Dom Perignon, Cristal and Moet. You know what that means!!!!! |
![]() Did you expect any less? Apparently this was the last bottle of Dom they had, so after we polished it off, we had no choice but to get a bottle of Cristal. I know I said we were gonna put a cap on poppin' bottles from now on, but come on....our first night of drinking in a month!! That called for corks to be flying all up in that piece |
![]() Yeah, this is lovely. At this point we were pretty blitzed, so as you know by now, this is when the good times start rolling... |
![]() ...and we start making friends. lol |
![]() And here I am bustin some sort of jam. lol The night starts getting a bit hazy at this point. Val and I are still recalling bits and pieces of what went on. |
![]() And as usual, the taking of photos with random swag commences once again. |
![]() Me and Trail, aka the Mayor |
![]() Val and her pinky ring wearing friend Trail, the self proclaimed Mayor of Worcester. Why anyone would want that to be their claim to fame is beyond me. |
![]() What is the meaning of this? |
![]() Once again posing it up for the camera. Good times, nothin but good times. |
![]() We were parked so close to a snow bank I had to get in the Range via Val's door, so apparently I clunked my ass down in a most ungraceful manner as this photo was taken |
![]() Then Val gets in, gives the camera a little "hair-do supreme" action, and we head home. And as always, a good time was had by all. Until the next morning when the two of us awoke and thought we were going to die. If one were to drive by my house that morning, I'm quite certain they would've heard a chant of "we are NEVER popping bottles again!" |
| On Saturday, December 17th, we headed out to Boston for our annual Girls Christmas Dinner, which was to be followed by many a drink and a damn good time. | ||
![]() Stacey and Missa enjoying two delicious pomegranate martinis at 28 Degrees in the South End 12/17/05 |
![]() Stacey and the lovely ornament which was for some reason in a glass vase on our table at 28 Degrees |
![]() Boo & Julie partaking in tasty bevs as well |
![]() Big earrings are fabulous and all, but this is taking it a tad too far |
![]() The martinis are going down with the greatest of ease... |
![]() ...and I do mean greatest |
![]() Stacey preparing for the arrival of the next round |
![]() Me and Stacey taking a shot of ourselves in the bathroom immediately before our departure from 28 Degrees |
![]() After we left 28 Degrees we headed over to Tequila Rain. Unfortunately, I had to switch my bev du jour to Smirnoff Ice |
![]() Stacey & Julie at Tequila Rain, their bevs now switched to Absolut & diets |
![]() It didnt take long for us to start incorporating random strangers into our photos, as per usual. Here's Boo and some random guy |
![]() Stacey, Boo & Missa with Boo's yard dog filled with a delicious concoction of some type of fruit bev |
![]() Missa with Mike D. at Tequila Rain |
![]() Mike wanted a little mini smooch for the camera, so a mini smooch he got |
![]() Boo moves on to some other random guy. lol I don't even remember taking this photo! |
![]() Missa & Rob |
![]() Missa & Rob's friend. I can't recall his name |
![]() Rob and his friend. At this point I had totally lost Stacey, Julie & Boo, so I hung out with these two for a good portion of the night |
![]() Then I finally found Stacey again, we finished out bevs at last call and bunked out |
![]() As we were headed to News for a little after hours snack, we decided instead to stop by this pizza place on Boylston Street Julie goes to after sox games. |
![]() Here's Boo with some guy touching and looking at her braids in amazement |
![]() There was obviously no parking anywhere on Boylston St. as we pulled up to this pizza place, so I just said screw it, stopped in the middle of the street, parked and put my hazards on. Here's Julie with our piping hot enormous pizza posing at my car parked in the middle of the street |
![]() The pizza box was ridiculously huge, as you can see here. It took up the entire back seat of my car! |
![]() On the way home we stopped at the rest area on the Mass Pike. Here's Stacey tossing our enormous pizza box out. We finally got home at about 4am. More fun, we could not have had!! |
| As always, I had my annual Christmas Eve party at my house. | ||
![]() Missa and the pimp cup that reads "SWAG" |
![]() Val and her money green pimp cup that reads "VIP" (big surprise) |
![]() Missa and Matt, in his fabulous Austin Powers suit |
![]() Missa with the "G" that began to slide off the ol' ever so high quality pimp cup |
![]() It's not a party until the Mayor shows up |
![]() Missa & Dave, the Mayor's friend |
![]() A sober Curt and a not-so-sober Missa |
![]() Missa & Val and our usual bottle of Dom, which by the way later exploded in the freezer because my drunk ass forgot to take it out |
![]() Amy wearing the "A" that slid off the pimp cup |
![]() And here I am with Keith...Keith (who was home for a week from the USAF) was my Christmas gift from Dave. |
![]() Dave & Jake |
![]() Boo with her pomegranate cosmo & Missa with her pimp cup full of crunk juice |
![]() Dave & Missa |
![]() The Mayor and Amy on the back porch, aka the smoking lounge |
![]() Missa, Kenny & Amy |
![]() Dave, Missa & Ben upon Ben's arrival |
![]() Val & Kenny |
![]() A random group photo of about half the group |
![]() Missa & Kenny. Kenny has been one of my best friends for 11 years, and this is the first photo I think we've ever taken together. |
![]() Missa & Boo, getting more blitzed as the night goes on. Hell, Val and I were drunk before our first guest arrived! |
![]() Stacey and the DL purse I bought her for Christmas in North Carolina |
![]() Curt and Remy. Remy was loving him. |
![]() Ben wearing whatever rhinestones fell off my pimp cup |
![]() Ahhh Ben, Benny Ben Ben Ben. |
![]() Ben is out of his mind, but if it wasn't for him, Val and I would still be parked outside the Doubletree in Cambridge somewhere! |
![]() Jesus Christ, lol. I mean that in so many ways |
![]() Dave also sporting pieces of my pimp cup |
![]() Matt ready to retire back to his quarters |
![]() Dave (and the RemDawg) |
![]() Julie, Ben and Remy & Stacey |
| Stacey's New Years Eve Party 12/31/05 | ||
![]() Stacey, Val & Missa getting an early start |
![]() With 2 bottles of wine already down the hatch, it was time to pop the bottle of sparkling white zin |
![]() Val, Amy & Missa |
![]() Beef and Missa |
![]() Val drinking what I think was Jager |
![]() I can't imagine that went down with the greatest of ease, but she took it like a champ, none the less |
![]() And then Matt arrives, who might possibly be the single most boring human being on the face of the earth |
![]() Stacey's brother Mike |
![]() Val & Mike. What is that, some kind of gang sign? lol |
![]() Brendan and Amy. These two are the best |
![]() Amy, Missa & Matt. As you can see, I have already popped the Dom |
