  The girls
Val, Missa, Amy, Boo & Sandy about to leave the FF. The Phantom Gourmet people did a fabulous job, although Val and I really only sampled the alcoholic beverages. It was an amazing event, regardless! 9/24/05

Missa
Later that same evening, Val & I decided to continue the drink fest by popping a bottle of Dom. Here I am enjoying a swig in the front lawn. Yes, that's a boxspring I'm relaxing on. Have a nice life, loser! 9/24/05

And make sure to check out the newest participant of the Page of Mad Offense, who was seen and immediately photographed for posting at the Food Festival on 9/24/05. (Make sure you scroll to the bottom...she's the last entry.)

Missa and Val finishing up our night o' Yankees stalking, which started at Stephanie's on Newbury (where we spotted David Wells dining), followed by the lounge at the Ritz-Carlton, where we made an invaluable connection to the Yankees organization (thank you, Vincent!), then finally to here where we hit the Yankee jackpot 10/01/05
  Missa & Val
A small note about this "Yankee stalking." I think we all know I am a worshipper of the Red Sox, but I'm sorry... even the most die hard of Red Sox fans cannot deny that Derek Jeter is the finest thing to walk the face of the earth! Thus, the desire to see this said fineness in person.

I've been traveling out to Queens, NY a LOT lately to train with Val's trainer Geno Sylvain, bodybuilder and owner of Genetics By Geno. During my various trips to Queens, we've come across quite a few characters and situations. The following photos are just a sampling.
Geno's Escalade
We were following Geno out to Brooklyn to drop off Val's Range, and I thought I'd get a nice shot of Geno's vanity plate. 10/15/04
  Geno
Then all of the sudden 2 of Queens' finest pull Geno over. Somehow Val and I just knew the cops would end up shaking Geno's hand and sending him on his way once they realized who he was...

Geno
...which is exactly what happened. Taken in Val's side mirror, this picture shows the cops walking back to their car while Geno peels out and goes about his business. 10/15/05
  The suspended car
Then we get to Brooklyn, where Val was just a tad sketchy about leaving her $80k vehicle. You can see why. Only in Brooklyn would a car place have an actual car suspended from the wall. 10/15/05

Lacoste
While in the car place, I couldn't help but snap a photo of this guy's velour Lacoste get up, complete with enormous alligator on the back.
  Caddy
Now upon first sighting from the back, this car just looked like a normal pimped out Caddy that one might see appropriately driving down Queens Blvd. Upon further inspection, we couldn't quite grasp the concept of why this guy also decided to attach brahma bull horns to his hood. 10/11/05

Trash bags
And of course only in Queens will one see moving men wearing trash bags as raincoats directing traffic on Queens Blvd. 10/11/05

Me applying this roll on sticky stuff that's supposed make fabric adhere to skin to hold it in place. It didn't work all that well, thus the reapplication

Me and Val drinking our complimentary shots from Nick, owner of Strega. Val likes these shots, but I have to admit, I am not a fan. 10/22/05

Missa, Nick & Val
And of course the money shot...Val and me with Nick Verano, the owner of Strega 10/22/05
The rest of the evening must be described. As Val and I were leaving Strega, we actually felt fine. All of the sudden, as I'm driving to the Mass Pike we realized we were absolutely obliviated. It came on out of nowhere, but I knew I was in no condition to drive whatsoever, so we pulled in to the Doubletree Guest Suites in Cambridge, in a monsoon, mind you. After about a half an hour of moaning and groaning in the parked car from our rapid onset of drunken sickness and misery, we realized we were so drunk we weren't even sure where we were. I thought I recalled pulling into the Doubletree, but all I could see in front of us was an idle train. So I called my wonderful friend Ben at 2:30 in the morning, telling him I thought we were at the hotel, but wasn't sure and was so drunk I couldn't even get out of the car to look around! So the amazing friend that Ben is, he got in his car and drove an hour from his home in Worcester to come check us in to the hotel. I hear a knock at the window, and there's good ol' Ben. By then I was much more coherent, so Ben drove my car over to the check in area and we got a room at the Doubletree at about 3:30 am. Fortunately, I had my gym bag in the car with a nice comfy outfit to sleep in. Once we got up to our room, Val and I spent about 10 minutes trying to pull my brand new pair of Manolo boots off my feet, had a few giddy moments over the insane turn the night took and then passed out. I swear to the high heavens, something was slipped into those shots. I'm like Jerry Seinfeld...I hold a record for how long it's been since I've gotten sick, but one bottle of Dom, a glass of Moet Rose' and a shot later, there I am, out of the blue, fine one minute, sick as a dog the next. So Val and I have vowed we are NEVER drinking again. Of course we've also been in bed all day ready to die.

Missa, Geno & Val
Here's me and Val with Geno at his gym in Queens 10/26/05
  Missa, Geno & Val
And here we are with Geno sans shirt. You don't get 8-pack abs like this by eating McFlurries and cannolis from the North End, that's for damn sure!!!

Val & Geno
Geno & Val...even her workout clothes are bedazzled! 10/26/05
  Geno & Missa
Geno holding me up, with one arm of course, with the greatest of ease. I was waiting for him to start doing bicep curls with me! 10/26/05

Geno & Missa
Val decided to take a shot of Geno torturing me one last time at the end of my workout by making me do inverted push ups. Yeah, those were fun. 10/26/05
  Missa

Boo & Missa
Boo and Missa both enjoying peach martinis at the Star Bar 10/29/05
  Val
Val not enjoying a delicious martini, but a boring ass bottle of Pellegrino sparkling water. Thanks Geno! She was a barrell of laughs that evening. All all she had to show for it in the end was an alligator face. That's nice 10/29/05

Val
Val with a look of dismay, the sparkling water just wasn't contributing to the evening's festivities 10/29/05
  Brad & Missa
Brad the H.S.(Hefty Stalker) in the ladies H3 (aka Worcester's own Paul "The Grill" Wall-only bigger and with a tin grill, aka Chris Farley) & Missa (sporting a look of mad disappointment and fright), later on that same evening back at the Halloween party at Boston Billiards 10/29/05

On November 12, Val and I spent the night in Manhattan. We started off by going to a bodybuilding show in which Geno competed. I'll let the photos explain the rest of the night's events and shenanigans.

Geno on stage at the bodybuilding show at the BMCC.

Let the festivities begin! Missa sipping on a deliciously refreshing glass of Riesling at B. Smith's restaurant on W 46th Street, where we went after the bodybuilding show

Val
Val enjoying a delicious martini of the peach persuasion, also at B. Smith's
  Val & Missa
Val and I before leaving B. Smith's to head back to our hotel room at the Marriot Marquis in Times Square for a wardrobe change

Val
After our wardrobe change, we sauntered on over to the Whiskey Bar where we got a table and bottle of Cristal
  Missa
Once again, we have resorted back to poppin' bottles. We tried to stop, we really did. It lasted about 2 weeks. Here I am, couldn't be happier with my glass of Cristal

Val & Missa
Val & Me continuing our Champagne Campaign right where we left off
  Val & Missa
After having security remove 2 hustlers from our personal space and private table, we polished off the Cristal, 2 complimentary Lemon Drop shots, and then headed back to the hotel room for yet another wardrobe change

Val, Range Rob & Missa
On the walk back to the hotel, we ran into a couple of fellas. Here's Val & I with Range Rob, or as we like to call him, Big Poppa
  Missa & Rafael
And here I am with Rafael. As you'll see in many photos to follow, the leg up/ass shot was my pose du jour that night

Missa
So we get back to the room for another wardrobe change. I decided to change into a Val & Missa original, "SWAG or DIE" t-shirt.
  Val
And here's Val with another Val & Missa original, "Born A-List." However, she chose to wear our "got swagga?" shirt instead

Missa
So being in the intoxicated state we were, we were feeling up to some shenanigans. I realized that this lone jumbo shrimp from our shrimp cocktail and white zin fest that kicked off the evening needed to be dealt with...
  Missa
...so I decided to leave a nice little gift for our next door neighbors

Missa
...and I ran away, as not to get caught in the act. More immature, we could not have been. But it was damn funny at the time
  Missa
Back at the room mere moments later, Val caught a lovely shot of my Manolo boot in mid-air as I tossed clothes around in preparation for my third wardrobe change

Val
Here's Val in her "got swagga" t-shirt, pretending to chomp on a fry we mysteriously found on the floor as we were leaving the hotel to find more fun...
  Missa & the guys
...and fun we found. Much of the wee hours of the morning were spent in Times Square having a few laughs with this group of fine fellas from Queens

Missa
Missa and T pointing to the "young meat's" shirt, which read "Packed with the streets favorite treats: money, cars & jewels." Indeed!
  Val
Val ensconced in swagga! Warning to all....if you are not prepared to get bombarded by swag, do not wear shirts that say "got swagga?" and "SWAG or DIE" out in Times Square late at night

Blockhustler
Val & I were quite amused by this Blockhustler shirt, lol
  Missa
Missa with the pose du jour and the 22 year old young meat. Here I'm sporting a look of anything BUT mad disappointment and fright. In fact, more delighted I could not have been! Now THIS is swag, and that ain't no lie!

Val & T
Val & T, the epitome of swag. By the way, T, we are indeed ready for Bed Stuy!!!!! BRING IT ON!
  Missa
Missa & another one of the guys from Queens, aka the baby's mama drama guy

Missa & YM
One last pose inside the coat of the fineass young meat

  Missa
And finally, at about 5:45am, here I am back at the hotel room in bed ready to finally go to sleep when I realize the white zin is in fact empty, and a good night was had by all
