Yes, you read correctly! Stacey finally met Joe Elliott, lead singer of Def Leppard, after 15 years of worship, which includes her seeing the band perform live 19 times. Stacey was amazingly lucky enough to win tickets from WHJY 94.1 FM to Def Leppard's soundcheck before their show in Providence, RI on August 16, 2003. After the soundcheck, we got to meet Joe Elliott and Phil Collen in a special meet and greet. I was lucky enough to be able to witness what I can only imagine would be similar to a devout Christian witnessing the second coming of Christ...Stacey finally meeting Joe Elliott face to face.
